October 2022 / Annual meeting of the Circle of Czech Violin Makers in Hradec Králové

In Hradec Králové, a meeting of KUH members was held in October, as part of which a visit to the museum of the Petrof piano factory took place, followed by a friendly members' meeting with dinner and musical entertainment by a cimbalom band in the restaurant of the hotel U Královny Elišky.

August 2021 | Guided tour of historical violins by Jaroslav Svěcený at the Dobříš Castle. Presentation of luthier work by Oleg Semenukha.

On Saturday, August 14, 2021, a guided tour of the exhibition of Italian, French, German and Czech violins was held at the Dobříš Castle by violinist and stringed instrument expert Jaroslav Svěcený. Oleg Semenukha gave a demonstration of violin making during the tour.

At the end of May 2017, an international violin making competition was held in Prague.
36 Antonio Stradivari model violins participated. Mr. Semenukha's violin was ranked 12th.
